Lilly Liu Minkove

Partner

  • Lilly has over 15 years of experience in retail, strategy and management. Prior to founding ArtLogica Strategy Group, she was the principal of LM Luxury Consulting, a retail and luxury strategy advisor firm. Lilly was the Director of Stores for Louis Vuitton. She managed all aspects of the retail business from sales, customer experience and client development, to human resources and retail operations.

  • Prior to Louis Vuitton, Lilly was Director of Sales for Europe and the Americas at Coach. She re-launched the brand in Europe with a joint venture partner in 2010. She was also Director of International Strategy at Coach, where she developed brand positioning and market growth strategies for Greater China and Western Europe.

  • Prior to Coach, Lilly was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Global Retail and Consumer practice. She helped Fortune 500 firms with global pricing, trade terms, organizational structure and long term growth strategies.

  • Lilly's experience also includes private equity investing at Goldman Sachs and consumer investment banking at Citigroup.

  • Lilly holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jessica Zhu

  • Jessica has over 15 years of experience in advanced analytics, strategy, and consumer insights. Prior to founding ArtLogica Strategy Group, Jessica was the Founder of Greengreat Inc., an independent strategy and marketing consultancy. She helped various fashion brands improve operational efficiency and develop their brand strategy.

  • Prior to this, Jessica served as the Director of Strategy & Consumer Insights at Coach Inc., where she advised Coach's senior management team in the development and implementation of global brand strategies across the Asian, European and US markets.

  • Jessica was responsible for Coach's brand strategy in Greater China including category extension, distribution strategy, and brand building. She spearheaded Coach's global tourist strategy to capitalize on the increase in tourism spend in North America and Europe.

  • Before Coach, Jessica was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Global Business Technology Practice. She also worked at AT&T and Navisys (acquired by Accenture) with a focus on data analytics.

  • Jessica holds a BS in Engineering from Zhejiang University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Ohio State University, and an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Business.
